The route partly runs along the Ill river and passes, among other places, by Eichmaettel, In der Waegelmatt, Hipsheim, Eschau, the Canal du Rhône au Rhin, the Krittwald Forest, In Ludanhausen, Rothschluth and Auf der Limb, before return to the starting point.
