This trail takes you through the scenic surroundings of Theuts Plantage, where you can enjoy the beautiful forested nature. Here you may be lucky enough to see some of the forest's many animals such as squirrels, pheasants, birds and even fallow deer. However, you have the best chances of seeing the fallow deer in the early morning hours or at sunrise.

Along the way you will come along Sortå, which winds through the landscape. Here you may be lucky enough to see ducks and other birds. The area also creates good living conditions for many animals such as squirrels, pheasants and foxes, and you may therefore be lucky to spot one or more along the way.

The trail takes you partly along Lilleåen and past a small lake along the way. It is allowed to fish in Lilleåen if you have a day pass. The trail is especially beautiful in summer and spring, as the plantation is beautiful with flowers in the forest floor.

You will also pass the stud fold, which is an old animal fold dating back to the 19th century. The fold was used by the stud drivers and the shepherds as a resting place for their animals.
