The Dogwood Loop and Lutz/Fireweed Loop at the Carl E. Wynn Nature Center Trail is a 1.5 mile loop. It offers wildflower meadows, wildlife viewing and bird watching opportunities. The Carl E. Wynn Nature center is a 155 Acre Nature Reserve with approximately 5 miles of hiking trails, a visitor cabin and outhouses. 0.5 mile loop at the Carl E Wynn Nature Center. Easy trail but does have many shallow roots, so watch your step! Plenty of wildflowers and birds along this trail to see and hear. Carl E Wynn Nature Center Trail Fees: $5/child under 12, $7/seniors, $8/adults and $25/family. Guided tours at 10am and 2pm from mid-June to Labor Day.
