Challenging cycling trail from Eygelshoven to the edge of Maastricht. It is a tough route through hilly landscape where you regularly make a considerable climb. Along the way you pass characteristic villages and places such as Valkenburg aan de Geul or Gulpen. The route can be divided into a multi-day route, you regularly pass campsites and hotels for an overnight stay.

The Hertog Limburg Path is a cross-border long-distance walk. In 140 kilometers you explore the old duchy of Limburg, where you walk along castles, monasteries and rivers. The route takes you past Brasserie Nieuw-Ehrenstein to the waters of the Anstelerbeek, which you cross via a bridge. You walk back to the starting point through forests, along the stream and around the castle.
