The medieval streets will charm walkers. The route climbs up the hills and hikers and cyclists will circle the Roc Moussu before completing the loop.

This hiking or running route starts from the village of Villegly located 145 m above sea level, 12 km from Carcassonne, at the confluence of the Clamoux and the Seize. This picturesque village enjoys a strategic location on the first foothills of the Montagne Noire. Hikers will cross the vineyards, the garrigue of holm oaks, truffle oaks, broom, thyme, lavender and cistus, and the wooded hills of conifers.
