A nice excursion on the island of Favignana, belonging to the archipelago of the Egadi Islands, in Sicily. It starts near Grotta Perciata and follows the circular route in a clockwise direction, passing through Punta Burrone and its beach and then reaching the town of Favignana near the war memorial. From here you return to the starting point passing through Quattro Vanelle.

This is a pleasant and short hike until the trail reaches an abandoned fort, the Castle of Santa Caterina (314m) on the island of Favignana. The path is well maintained and offers a fantastic 360 degree beautiful view of the whole coast of the island. It takes about 40 minutes uphill to reach the top and there is no shade so not recommended during the hottest hours.

A beautiful bike excursion on the island of Favignana, the largest of the Egadi Islands archipelago, in Sicily. It starts from Cala di San Nicola and proceeds towards the Cava di Scalo Cavallo and then follow the ring route. The route passes by the beautiful Cala Rossa, where it will be irresistible to take a bath, from Bue Marino and then continues towards Punta Marsala, Punta Fanfalo and Lido Burrone. From here, follow the municipal road that leads to Favignana.
