This track starts from the Fourth Street road end in Ngāti Te Korou Reserve and takes you north to the Masterton Recreation Reserve where it loops along the small lake, farmland, and Masterton Golf Course. The area is popular for walking and running. You can also access this track from Omaki Meadowns Drive car park.

Children will enjoy a huge wooden playground with a flying fox, a new skatepark, BMX park, mini-golf, pedal boat ride on the lake, miniature stream train or just feeding the ducks by the waterside promenade. The Nortcroft Adventure Ride is an off-road ride on the unused Northcroft and Dorsets Roads located near Masterton in the Greater Wellington Region. It's a grass track nowadays and there are great views of the Wairarapa Valley along the way. Return via the same track or make it a loop by taking the Kaka Amu Road.
