A very nice excursion in the hinterland of Olbia, with beautiful views of the valleys and the sea. The route starts on the provincial road Via Santa Lucia, where it is possible to park the car in a widening and continue the first stretch on a paved road. Subsequently, the trail turns onto Via Muddizza Piana to enter the forest, begin the uphill, and see the San Giovanni River. Along the itinerary, there is the small church of San Pietro Apostolo, a silent place on the slopes of Monte Pino....

A very long and demanding itinerary to be completed in several segments, but very nice to visit the eastern and central sides of Sardinia. Along this route, it is possible to stop at various free natural hot springs indicated on the map. Hikers recommend dividing the trip into six segments.
