This is a pleasant ride on the bank of the river Po. The outward journey takes place on the Emilian side and the return on the Veneto side. Along the way there is no shortage of opportunities to stop and in Polesella, the point of arrival, you can make a longer stop to eat. Route almost entirely on very easy dirt roads.

A bicycle excursion on the Euganean Hills, departing from Sant'Elena, begins the route on the road. The route takes place in a clockwise loop, passing through Este, Monte Murale, Calaone, Monte Cero, Colle Santa Veronica, Monte Salarola, Casette, Lago delle Casette, Lago Azzurro and then continuing to the starting point.

A nice walk, on foot, by bicycle or as a relaxation along the city walls of Ferrara. It starts from Via Belvedere and follows the paths that cross the Terrapiano delle Mura di Ferrara in a horseshoe shape. You pass by the Porta Catena, Porta degli Angeli, Punta della Montagna, following Rampari di Belfiore.

This MTB route is moderately demanding. The climb to the top of Venda, the highest point of the Euganean Hills accessible by MTB, is a bit technical but pedalable. In the last 50-70 meters before the brow you must necessarily get off the bike. From the upper part of the path you can enjoy a beautiful view from the top of the hills.
