A walk, a run, or a bike ride in the Eur - Magliana district of the city of Rome. The route starts from the parking lot on Via Amilcare Cucchini and then proceeds on Via della Magliana where it continues counterclockwise along the Tiber River. The tour reaches the Tevere Magliana River Park and the Ponte della Magliana where the trail returns to the starting point.

The route passes through the Pineto Regional Urban Park and then crosses the Balduina district and arrives at the Monte Mario Nature Reserve. From here it is possible to admire a beautiful panorama of the city and then proceed to Ponte Milvio and return to the starting point along the Tiber river following the cycle path.

The route starts from the entrance on Via Leone Treesimo and proceeds in a clockwise direction, passing by the Casino del Bel Respiro, the Pamphili Chapel and Lake Giglio. This route is suitable for the whole family and can be done walking, running or by bicycle. In this park there are alternative routes partly on paved roads and partly on trails.

The route starts from Porta San Pancrazio and proceeds along Viale Don Francesco Raimondi, and then continues along Viale della Fontana di Venere and arrives on Via del Casino Algardi.
