A bicycle excursion inside the Pineta di Castel Fusano Urban Park, starting from the parking lot near the 10th of June Park. The route crosses the Canale dei Pescatori to reach the Park and after a loop continues along the seafront until it arrives at the Port of Rome at Lido di Ostia. Along this stretch the trail follows the Lungomare Duca degli Abruzzi cycle path.

A nice walk, a bike ride or a run along the Lido di Ostia, near Rome. The route starts from a parking lot in Piazza Enrico Millo and proceeds towards the seafront and Piazzale Magellano, following the cycle path, that allows for a more peaceful walk, until it reaches the Vecchia Pineta. From here the itinerary returns to the starting point following the same route.

A walk along Lido di Ostia, that takes place in a loop, starting from Piazza Sirio. The route proceeds clockwise, following the seafront, where it is possible to find the cycle path and then pass by the Ostia Pier. The itinerary is all flat, mostly along the coast and on the way back it partly crosses the market. This tour can also be done by bicycle.
