Vinsanvilla Bed and Breakfast

In Helvetinjärvi National Park there is a gorge valley and a couple of meters wide and 40 meters high Helvetinkolu. The southern part of the park has beautiful forest and lake landscapes. This short route goes to the shore of Lake Ruokejärvi, where there is a place to make a fire and a place to camp. This offers the opportunity to go on a trip to the bosom of nature without a longer hike.

Siikaneva is an extensive marshland in Pirkanmaa. On the Siikaneva circuit, one can see the diverse nature and landscapes of the area. The area is a valuable bog conservation area, a research and teaching site, and home to many bird species. Duckboards cover the boggy sections of the loop. The forest sections are hilly. In Helvetinjärvi National Park, you will find a gorge valley and Helvetinkolu, which is a couple of meters wide and 40 meters high. As the name implies, Helvetistä itään (the nature trail east of Hell) is east of Helventinkolu but first travels west and then back to the starting point. Helvetinkolu has a day use hut and a campfire site. These are located on the shores of the lake, accessed by stairs of about 200 steps.

To the north of Orivesi is Iso Vuorijärvi, on the shores of which you can admire wonderful landscapes, and explore the hanging rock and a cave. The steep cliffs offer great scenery from several different perspectives. There is a lean-to shelter along the trail, and there is a fire pit near the cave. Part of the route has duckboards. The route is marked in yellow.
