This hike takes you from Sainte-Anastasie to Collias via the GR®6 and the Chemin du Camp Grec. You are in the heart of the Gardon valley. Along the way you will pass through Le Castellas, the Combe de l'Abbé, Les Garrigues, the Plateau Saint-Nicolas, the Grotte de Décamagne, Saint-Nicolas de Campagnac, La Coufine, Les Condamines, La Grande-Terre and Menude.

Hike in the forest starting from the Russan Church in the village of Sainte-Anastasie. This route passes by a ridge path, from where you will have beautiful views of the Gardon gorges, especially from the Castellas Belvedere. This route passes close to the prehistoric cave of La Trope, dating from around 38,000 years ago.

The start of this beautiful hike is in Sainte-Anastasie (Gard). It will take you through Vic, then near the Pont de Saint-Nicolas before overlooking the meanders of the Gardon and walking along the cliffs of the gorges. In particular, you will pass by the Grotte de la Trône, which houses 32,000-year-old cave paintings (access prohibited to the public).

Descent by canoe or kayak along the magnificent Gardon gorges, from the Russan bridge in the village of Sainte-Anastasie, to the Joliclerc bridge in the village of Collias. On the way, you will be able to see the pretty Saint-Nicolas de Campagnac priory and you will cross the nature reserve of the Gorges du Gardon.

Pleasant walk in the garrigue and the vineyards, starting from the Domaine du Mazet, in the town of Sainte-Anastasie, near the Provençal town of Nîmes, in the Gard department. Along the way, you will take the Chemin du Crès, and you will cross several streams, including the Pontel stream.
