This easy path leads to the gates of the Diecimare Natural Park, a protected natural area in Campania managed by WWF Italy. It is located between the municipalities of Cava de'Tirreni, Mercato S. Severino and Baronissi, in the province of Salerno. The park is a real natural botanical garden with completely different habitats that include 200 plant species belonging to 40 families. The forest is dominated by oaks and in spring it is easy to find wild orchids of various types.

A demanding excursion by bicycle, starting from the city of Salerno. The route can be done in two segments in order to enjoy and visit the Amalfi Coast calmly before reaching Naples. The itinerary is very scenic and takes place mainly on paved road following the coast passing by: Maiori, Atrani, Fiordi di Furore, Praiano, Positano, Marina di Cantone, Massa Lubrense, Sorrento, Vico Equense, Castellammare di Stabia, Torre Annunziata and Torre del Greco.

A nice bike ride that starts from Salerno, near the port and proceeds along the coast towards Vietri sul Mare. The route proceeds in a loop on the road until it reaches Marina di Vietri and then continues up to the town of Albori. From here, following the provincial road, it returns to the starting point. Along the route there are beautiful landscapes on the coast.

A pleasant walk in the city of Salerno, starting from the parking lot near the Piazza della Libertà. The route proceeds in a counter-clockwise loop starting on the Lungomare and reaching Piazza XXIV Maggio. From here you return following the Corso Vittorio Emanuele and reaching the Palazzo Barone and then return to the starting point.

A beautiful itinerary that immerses the hiker in the wild wonders of the Monti Lattari Mountain range, nestled between the Amalfi Coast and the Sorrento Peninsula. The route passes through exposed peaks, sheer mountain ridges, woodlands, sea cliffs, and much more. The excursion can be divided into 21 segments. The trail starts from Cava de' Tirreni and ends in Termini after reaching Punta Campanella.
