This is a rather demanding mountain bike route with steep climbs, especially after about 23 km when you reach the Arcu e Mauru pass (559m) and Bruncu Cotti Abruxiada (663m). But the effort is rewarded with stunning views in all directions along the way. On the way back, the route skirts the Riu Flumini Uri and passes through the Giardini di Muravera. Flamingos can be admired at the Pond of Colostrai at the start.
