Annesgrove is a lovely place to visit. You can take a relaxing stroll through the garden and grounds. There are excellent landscape features, walkways, and plantings. The plants here, particularly the rhododendrons are beautiful. There's also a great and affordable guided tour available. This trail begins at Doneraile's church grounds, where the famous literary character is buried and a memorial honors him. The trek includes Canon Sheehan's house, the first steeplechase from Buttevant to Doneraile, the St Ledger Estate and Park, and the Hunting Bridge over the Awbeg river. The southern slopes of the Ballyhoura mountains and views of Spencer Castle and Castlepook may be seen from Skaghardgannon hill. The path spans the Claidh Dubh, which runs from Limerick to Youghal.

This loop follows the Blackwater Way before ascending forested paths and forest roads to Corran Mountain, which is the third-highest mountain in the Nagles Mountains range. Visitors are rewarded with great views of the Blackwater Valley, Ballyhoura Mountains, and Nagle Mountains. Appropriate footwear is advised.
