This is a simple and pleasant tour to do on a mountain bike in the surroundings of Guastalla starting from Sorbolo along the Turin-Venice Ciclostrada which runs along the Po river. The route partly crosses the park of the Po riverbed where interesting species of birds and reptiles can be observed. The return takes place via an asphalted road that runs along the Crostolo canal and passes through the cultivated fields of the area.

The departure is from Parma in via Imperia and almost all of this route is on cycle paths. From Botteghe in particular, a very beautiful stretch of cycle path begins which, with a couple of bends, leads to the center of Albinea (157 m). You will find a single stretch of dirt road in the entire route: 820 meters on a dirt and pebble ground that puts a strain on the fine wheels of the racing bike while mountain bikes will have no problems.
