Departing from the village of Tourouzelle, in the Aude valley, this hiking route follows small country roads with little traffic and dirt roads that wind between the vines on hilly terrain. Hikers will enjoy beautiful panoramic views along this route. Plan something to cover up and drink, there is very little shade on this route.

The circuit can be done on foot or by mountain bike and leads to the mountain of Alaric. Also called the Signal d'Alaric, this mountain constitutes a climatic border between the Mediterranean climate on the Narbonne side and the more oceanic climate on the Toulouse side. Culminating at 600m at the Signal d'Alaric, hikers and mountain bikers can enjoy a magnificent panorama.

The start of this pretty mountain biking and hiking trail is in the car park next to the Notre-Dame de Centheilles chapel in Siran in the Hérault department. This route draws a loop between rural landscapes and woods. About halfway you will pass by the Saint-Germain chapel, hence the name of the route.
