A nice walk through the rocky nature near Teplice nad Metují. The route starts at the parking lot at the Teplické skály information sign. After that, the journey goes along the educational trail through the Teplice rock town into a wooded rocky landscape. Along the way you will come across different rock formations and most of the route runs along a Rock stream. The path ends at the Dwarf rock formation and returns via the same trail.

The loop is approximately 5.8 km long and is not too demanding. The rocks have various interesting shapes and many have been named. The most famous of them is called "Sugar Cube" and looks like it can fall at any moment. The route starts at the Teplické skály parking lot and leads towards the Great Temple Square, the Rock Temple, around Hladomorna hill and back to the Teplické skály parking lot.

A nice trail in the Adršpašské Rocks near Teplice nad Metují. The route starts at the information board Vlčí rokle - Under seven steps. The route heads south towards the rocks. The route leads mostly through wooded countryside, and you can turn off the route several times and find a nice vantage point such as U Roklin and Střmen. The rocks are located in the Northeast of Bohemia and near the Polish border. A beautiful trip to nature that will not be seen anywhere else. There are various rock formations that are named after their shape. One of the most famous is Homole, which resembles the shape of a sugar cube. There is also a pond on which you can ride on boats.
