A beautiful walk through the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, Sicily. A path that allows you to immerse yourself in history and discover, thanks to the archaeological finds. The itinerary starts from the Porta V car park and runs along the Via Sacra crossing the valley passing by the Temple of Jupiter, the Temple of Hercules, the Olive Tree of Concordia and the Temple of Giunone.

This is Stage 9 which starts from Joppolo Giancaxio, a destination for pilgrims welcomed with the heart, and reaches Agrigento, near the Castle. The route crosses the Agrigento countryside, the ancient kora that surrounded the populous Greek polis, and an ancient mule track, still used by the few shepherds in the area.
