This trail begins at Agaclihuyuk and takes you to Incirliin Cave then to the canyon. The terrain of this trail is a mix of dry riverbed, dirt, and partial pavement. The canyon is quite large and you can return by walking down the hills towards the nearby villages. The riverbed is dry during the summer months which makes it easier to access.

Symi Harbor to Nanou Bay (Λιμάνι Σύμης - Όρμος Νανούς) This interesting course connects the port of Symi in the north of the island with Nanous Bay to the east, exploring the inner mountainous part of the island. The route starts from Symi and follows the road network on the eastern slopes of the hills. Arriving at the chapel of Panagia, the route changes course and follows, a downhill difficult path to the east that heads to Nanou Bay and Beach. There is also the chapel of Agios Panteleimon.

Symi Harbour to Saint Nicholas Beach (Λιμάνι Σύμης προς παραλία Αγίου Νικολάου) From the picturesque port of Symi, the route crosses Chora and ascends to the Chorio district. There the route turns eastwards and is directed to the coastal village of Pedi. Following the coastline, the path leads to the beautiful, sandy beach with fine gravel of Agios Nikolaos. At the edge of the beach is the small chapel of Agios Nikolaos. The beach can be reached either on foot following the path or by boat.
