Pogerola is a small town behind Amalfi, known in the Middle Ages as Castrum Pigellula, with the role of defense of Amalfi. It is surrounded by lemon terraces and chestnut woods. Behind Pogerola is the Valle delle Ferriere and Monti Lattari State Reserve. From the main square of the town it is possible to visit the church of the Madonna delle Grazie and continue following the path 361 that reaches the Church of Madonna dei Fuondi.

A beautiful excursion overlooking the sea and the town of Amalfi to reach the Waterfalls of the Valle delle Ferriere. The route begins by climbing the stairs to Pontone which are quite steep, but once at the top the path is surrounded by lush nature and the Waterfalls are the perfect solution to escape the heat of the coast. The route is varied, from forest paths to stone paths and stairways.

A nice hike to reach directly the Valle delle Ferriere Nature Reserve starting from the small square of Pogerola. From here the path begins uphill, reaching at first the source of the Ceraso River which feeds the Ferriere, and then arrives at the Fic'a Noce Waterfall. Along the itinerary there are several waterfalls which make the excursion even more beautiful. The views on the Amalfi Coast along the trail are amazing.

A pleasant walk on the Amalfi Coast, starting from Amalfi, at the Piazza dei Dogi. The return route is very scenic and follows the Via Annunziatella path and then takes a small section of the SS163 state road. From here the itinerary takes the path 361 Via Maestra dei Villaggi to reach the Duoglio Beach. It is advisable not to do this hike during the hot hours of the day, especially in summer.

An excursion by bicycle or motorbike along the Amalfi Coast, starting from the town of Amalfi. The route follows the SS163 Amalfi state road which follows the coast until it reaches Vietri sul Mare. A visit to this beautiful coastal village is recommended before returning to the starting point. For the return it is possible to take the train or follow the same route.
