Angerburg Blumenhotel

An excursion to discover the three castles of Appiano. It is a wonderful circular route and also passes by the waterfalls of the Rio Bianco. It offers spectacular views of the Oltradige and the Dolomites with the peaks of Sciliar and Catinaccio in the distance. A fantastic circular hike on the Castle Trail near Eppan on the Wine Route in the Überetsch. It is suitable for the whole family, but not for pushchairs. The path begins at the Corba Castle above Missian and leads through a forest on path no. 12 to Appiano Castle. Then it continues on the Burgenweg (castel trail) to the ruins of Boymont Castle and back to Corba Castle. A leisurely circular hike for the whole family to the Little Monticolo Lake near Eppan an der Weinstraße. It begins at the Montiggl car park, which can be easily reached by car or bus from Eppan. The path leads through an idyllic forest to the Little Monticolo Lake, where there is also a snack bar and bathing beach. A botanical nature trail with 17 hand-painted display boards on the flora of Lake Monticolo leads around the lake.

Fantastic route, which leads through parts of the Monticolo Lakes Biotope. It begins at the Monticolo car park and first leads through beautiful orchards and vineyards to Montiggl | Monticolo. Then the Patersteig | Sentiero Pater No. 3 leads to Rungg | Maso Ronco. On the way back, the route first passes the Little Monticolo Lake, then the Big Monticolo Lake.
