Syntagma Square - Acropolis - National Park - Greek Parliement (Πλατεία Συντάγματος - Ακρόπολη - Εθνικός Κήπος - Βουλή των Ελλήνων) The starting point of the course is at Syntagma Square near the Acropolis and then goes through the Agora where Socrates, Plato and Aristotle taught. Visit to Filopappou Hill (Επίσκεψη στον Λόφο Φιλοπάππου) The route starts from the pedestrian street of Dionysios Aeropagitou and follows it, passing between the hills of Acropolis and Filopappou and heading towards the Asteroscopio area and Thiseion Square. National Garden - Temple of Zeus - Herodion (Εθνικός Κήπος - Ναός Ολυμπίου Διός - Ηρώδειο) A long walk in the centre of Athens, starting from Syntagma Square and heading towards the National Garden of Athens. From there it crosses over to the Temple of Zeus to continue along the pedestrian street of Dionysiou Aeropagitou, which passes by the Acropolis Hill and visits the Herodion, the Roman Theatre on the edge of the hill. Syntagma - National Garden - Zappeion (Σύνταγμα - Εθνικός Κήπος - Ζάππειο) A peaceful stroll in the centre of Athens, among nature. This is the National Garden of Athens, which in the earlier years was the garden of the palace and a scientific and botanical garden as well. The garden was renamed from 'Royal Garden' to 'National Garden' in 1927. It is now a designated Historic Site. The nice walk continues to the oposite Zappeion Megaron Hall and its garden.
