With this beautiful scenery, you start your kayak route from the pier in the center of Bacalar, and cross the lagoon to the Cenote Negro, in which you cannot swim, but it is a very impressive destination. It has a very steep drop, and is very deep, and that gives its waters a very dark color, hence its name. The cenote is only accessible by boat and kayak.
