The hiking route leads from Bad Wiessee over the summit of the Zwergelberg to the Aueralm, which is one of the most famous alpine pastures of the Tegernsee. From the large terrace there are wonderful views of the Tegernsee, the Hirschberg, Roß- & Buchstein and the Wallberg. Promising circular hike on the Tegernsee in the Bavarian Prealps. You hike along the Zeiselbach to the managed Aueralm, where you can fortify yourself. Afterwards it goes up to the famous Fockenstein and past Neuhüttenalm and Wachselmoosalm back to the starting point. The hike mostly leads on good gravel paths along the Zeiselbach and through shady mountain forests.
