A route starting from Badia and climbing up to the Sanctuary and Refuge of La Crusc along path 7A. Then it continues to the Grotta della Neve (snow cave) along path no. 15B. It returns to the valley via paths 13 and 7B. Alternatively, it is also possible to go up and/or down with the La Crusc 1 chairlift and the La Crusc 2 cable car. A beautiful uphill hike in Val Badia that can also be undertaken as a downhill hike. The path begins in Badia by the valley station of the La Crusc 1 chairlift and leads first through San Linêrt | St. Leonhard | S. Leonardo and then steadily uphill on an asphalted mountain road. Then it crosses the gorgeous alpine meadows of Armentara, which impress with a special variety of flowers: gentians, sulfur anemones and globe flowers. This truly spectacular route begins in the center of Badia | Abtei. It leads in a southerly direction passing Lake Sompunt and then continuing on path no. 5 for the rest of the itinerary. Through woods and beautiful alpine meadows it passes the Sponata Hut and the Gardenacia Hut (2050m). Then the terrain becomes rockier, reminding of a lunar landscape, leading to the Puez Hut (2475m). This great mountain bike tour is located in the beautiful Val Badia and begins in Abtei | Badia. The first section follows the bike path to Puntac. Then it goes on gravel paths and mountain roads through several hamlets to Ties. Then the path leads on a paved road to Lungiarü | Campill | Longiarù and on path no. 9 through an idyllic forest, over the Joeljoch (1725 m) and back to the starting point.
