Star Wars Loop is a fun and quick option. This trail is primarily used for mountain-biking, so hikers will want to know that this is a shared trail. The Banff Legacy Trail is a well-maintained paved path, a great ride with slight downhill grade towards Canmore. In many places it is very close to the highway and the noise from traffic is very loud. You will not get much shade, so bringing sun protection is recommended. This trail is a favourite for locals and tourists alike during fall, thanks to the many larches that change colours, and the wide trail makes it easy to explore slowly.
