Wonderful bike tour between Basel in Switzerland and Stuttgart in Germany.

This beautiful city tour leads from the center of Basel to Birsfelden and St. Jakob. The route begins in the old town at the Rheingasse station and then leads along the Rhine towards the Lange Erlen animal park. From there it goes back in the direction of the Rhine and at the power station island the route leads via Birsfelden and various other suburbs back to the old town of Grossbasel. The old town of Kleinbasel can then be reached again via the middle bridge.

Along the way the path passes some incredible jewels of the Alps and the foothills of the Alps until arriving and ending up in Italy. Past the well-known lakes such as the Sempacher See, the lake Lucerne and the lake Lugano. The destination is Lake Como in world-famous picturesque town of Como.

Very nice city tour in Basel from Matthäus district to Riehen. From the famous Claraplatz, this tour starts through the beautiful city and invites one to wander. After about 4.5 kilometers it passes the zoo and then follows the Riehenteich stream for a while. At the ponds the path then runs further towards Riehen. Then it continues up to the Schwarzwaldbrücke bridge and on the banks of the Rhine to the beginning and center of the city.

This route is particularly suitable for cycling. The tour begins in Basel at the Mittlere Brucke bridge in the old town and slowly leads along the Rhine out of the city centre. At the Canal de Huningue it then leads away from the Rhine and into nature through the cultural landscape. In Rosenau it then meanders along the banks of the Grand Canal d' Alsace and then also drives through the forest Foret demanvale de la Hardt to Colmar. There the train station is the destination.
