Lo Spedalicchio

A pleasant excursion, entirely flat, that goes up the Chiascio River and then the Tescio using the "Green Paths" that over time the Municipalities of Bastia Umbra and that of Assisi have created along the two rivers. The paths are well maintained, with evident maintenance, and almost always remain in sight of the rivers, thus allowing you to fully enjoy the relative environment. The Regina Ciclorum is the Tiber Cycle Path, an itinerary of 8 segments and 444 km, from its sources to the sea, crossing 4 regions (Emilia Romagna, Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio) and a capital. This is Segment 3 which starts from Ponte San Giovanni, south of Perugia, and then proceeds along an asphalted road, dirt road and greenway. The route passes through the town of Torgiano, where it is possible to admire the Silvestri Mill on the Chiascio river, continuing up to Ponte Novo where it runs...

A nice bike ride through the Umbrian countryside, starting from Santa Maria degli Angelo, near Assisi, and reaching Bagni Stravignano. Along the route that takes place mostly on the road, you pass from the Eremo delle Carceri, from Armenzano, from Colle Carofano (710m), Nocera Umbra and then crossing the Topino river you reach the point of destination.

A bicycle excursion in the Bosco dei 5 Cerri, starting from Torgiano. The route unwinds in a clockwise direction and begins on an initial stretch of paved road up to Bettona and then continues on paths until it reaches Monte Le Cinque Querce (646m). From here it returns to the starting point following the paths up to Cittadella and resuming the paved road during the last stretch.
