This hike starts southeast of Niederschaeffolsheim, near the stadium. Written traces of the village of Niederschaeffolsheim date back to 1210, which was then named Skaftolfesheim. The route on this ground inhabited by humans since the dawn of time, between fields and forests, passes among others by Weitbruch and two artificial ponds.
