This is a wonderful paved and gravel trail shared with horseback riders, buggies, cyclists, wheelchair users, strollers, rollerbladers, runners, and walkers. Accessibility: There does not appear to be any designated accessible spaces in the gravel parking lots at the north or south ends of the trail. Level ride along the canal. (7 miles) As this section of trail contains no locks, it is ultimately flat. There are a few "bumps" as the trail dips into gullies that once had culverts. The canal in Navarre originally went right through the center of town. The town has reclaimed all that for residential use but there is a trail built along the Tuscarawas River.
