The climb is tough and gets a bit bumpy at the top, but following exactly this path you get a nice mid-to-advanced level hike, full of the most beautiful landscapes in the region.

A challenging route on Lake Como but with breathtaking views, starting from Tosnacco. The route takes place in a loop in a clockwise direction following the Via dei Monti path, starting with a demanding climb. The itinerary passes through the villages of Monte di Liscione and Monte di Urio. From here begins the mule track to the Monti which reaches the road to Moltrasio to return to the starting point. It is advisable to make this route with trekking shoes and sticks.
