A fantastic circular hike in and around Bolzano | Bozen, the capital of South Tyrol. The path begins in the heart of the old town on the Waltherplatz | Piazza Walther and leads through historic alleys to the Talferwiesen | Lungo Talvera. Past the romantic Maretsch Castle | Castel Mareccio to St. Anton | S. Antonio and through beautiful vineyards to the Oswald Promenade | Passeggiata Sant'Osvaldo. This leads to St. Magdalena | S. Maddalena and then back to the historic old town.

The starting point of this route is in the center of Bolzano. The excursion leads to Soprabolzano (1221m) climbing by about 1,000m. At the end, it is possible to descend to Bolzano with the Renon cable car, or by following the same route on foot until returning to the starting point. A wonderful loop from the Bolzano train station to the former Albergo Guncina (now Reichrieglhof). Partly on the Guncina Promenade, partly on an ancient path. Thanks to its southern exposure, this urban walk can be enjoyed all year round, even in the middle of winter. It is never covered with snow and suitable for everyone, including children and the elderly.

Beautiful route starting from Bolzano, near the train station. It leads steeply uphill through forest and vineyards to Grumer Eck | Monte Tondo (1110m) with spectacular views of Bolzano. The Nesselbrunn Trail desceds to S. Pietro and S. Antonio, where it proceeds on the Passeggiata Sant'Osvaldo. From S. Maddalena it returns to the starting point.descent to S. Pietro and S. A cycling itinerary starting from Bolzano, and crossing the Adige river and passes through Appiano | Eppan on the Wine Route. The route leads in a circle around the Monticolo Forest until you reach the shores of Lake Caldaro | Kalterer See located in the Lake Caldaro Biotope | Biotop Kalterer See. Then return to the path that runs along the Adige river, passing Laives | Leifers up to Bolzano. The route leads almost entirely on a cycle path.
