It follows the Rhine down to Rolandswerth where there is a ferry to Nonnenwerth and then to Bad Honnef. One also comes through the town of Bad Godesberg, which is south of Bonn. A quiet way to become one with the Rhine.

Along the urban Rhine promenade on the Bonn side begins the varied route on the Rhine meadows on the Beueler sunny side, where you are expected by a scenic surrounding.
