The start of this mountain bike trail is in the parking lot of the Moulin Laheux Landscape Cemetery in Bouguenais in the Loire-Atlantique department. This route initially runs along the Etier de Bouguennais then passes through the Roche Ballue leisure centre, a converted old quarry. It continues to the Mountain before retracing its steps.

Cycling circuit around Bouguenais in the Nantes region. This loop uses the cycle paths available around Nantes and its airport. Passing through Port Lavigne you take the path of the canotiers along the Étier de Bouguenais, a green strip between the city and the Loire river.

The start of this hiking trail is in the parking lot of the Quai de la Vallée in Bouguenais in the Loire-Atlantique department. This route draws a loop which passes in particular by Port Lavigné, the island of the Fourche, the Roche Ballue or the Mountain before returning to the starting point.

Along the right bank of the Ognon and after passing the water treatment plant, a large meadow welcomes you and invites you to join a curious device dedicated to walkers: the chain boat (only used in spring and summer).
