Beautiful Groene Wissel from Bunnik station on towpaths along the Kromme Rijn. The river runs around the town of Odijk, and you can also walk around it, following the river. After Odijk you walk on country roads and along wooded banks and through rural areas. On the way back you pass several old estates with special gardens. Every now and then you take a look at unique country houses and castles. A great variety in nature and history is discussed.

A trail running between the train stations of Bunnik and Utrecht Central. The route runs on small paths, along the river Kromme Rijn, to Rhijnauwen Castle and past the fortress. Then you follow the Kromme Rijn towards the Lunet, with also a fortress and castle, and further into Utrecht until you arrive at Utrecht Central Station.

NS-Wandeling Beerschoten runs between the train stations Bunnik and Bilthoven. Explore paths along the Kromme Rijn, where you will encounter the centuries-old bunkers of the Dutch Waterline. You walk through Landgoed Rhijnauwen and the Panbos and Beerschoten nature reserves.

Landgoed Niënhof is a wetland area located on the Kromme Rijn. The landscapes consist of deciduous forests and meadows. The grass snake and the kingfisher like to live in these areas, and you will probably also encounter them on this hiking route. The walking route is marked in blue.
