A nice excursion in the Molentargius Saline Regional Natural Park in the Gulf of Cagliari. It starts from the Poetto beach and follows the Lungomare where there is also the cycle path and reaches Pomo Sella del Diavolo passing by the Poetto Tower which overlooks the sea and the coast. From here it is also possible to reach the Roman Cistern, the Belvedere and the Fort of the Second World War.

A nice circular excursion starting from the Calamosca beach and proceeding towards the Fortino di Sant'Ignazio where you can admire a beautiful view of the coast. From here continue in the direction of Borgo Sant'Elia and reach the Torre del Prezzemolo. Here we continue towards a cove with a crystalline sea, where swimming is recommended during the summer.

A nice excursion along the coast of Cagliari, starting from the Calamosca Tower, where the Sant'Elia lighthouse is located and proceeding along the coast passing by the Calamosca beach. From here, continue towards the Sella del Diavolo in an anticlockwise direction and skirt the rear part of the Nato Base in Capo Sant'Elia.

The excursion starts from the parking lot near Cala Mosca and then takes the trail identifiable by a small wooden notice board and some prohibitions due to landslides. The path is not very well signposted, but it is possible to follow the mountain bike route indicated by the red dot. The climb up to the Sella del Diavolo and the WWII Fort presents difficulty. The panorama from the Belvedere near the Fort is fantastic.
