Cycling leaving in front of Praça das Mães in Pilar de Goiás. The route goes through Rua Matriz and then through 154 until the dirt road entrance. The trail loops around the lake and returns to its starting point. The landscape is surrounded by nature, with plenty of green. There are some climbs along the way, but overall the trail is quiet.

Arriving at the waterfall you will see a rocky wall where the water falls. There is a bigger fall and a smaller one, at the base a natural well forms. Baths are allowed, but always with care. The water level and depth of the well vary depending on the level of rainfall.

Bike trail southwest of Minaçu, towards Camponaçu. The trail starts at a small exit on the Go-241 road. The trail is very beautiful, long and challenging. The path is formed by numerous climbs and open vegetation for most of the way. In the final part, arriving at Lago da Serra da Mesa , the path becomes rocky and challenging, but the view is worth the effort.
