This trail goes around Cap Ferret, from Horizon Beach, in the Gironde department. Stops along the way include the fishermen's quarter, the Mimbeau lagoon, and the Cap Ferret lighthouse. There are many ecosystems to explore, including grasslands, mud flats, the dune system, and pine forest.

This hike extends from Lège-Cap-Ferret to Cap Ferret. The route passes, among other things, by the Sentier de l'Abécédaire ending at "Z comme Zostère", at the level of the Pointe du Cap Ferret. This route is an interpretive trail that runs along the Cap Ferret dune system. Along the way, there are plenty of opportunities to read about the local flora and fauna of Cap Ferret.

The route takes part of the Avenue de l'Océan and passes by the roundabout of the Côte d'Argent, the Plage de l'Horizon and the Rue des Bouvreuils, among others, before returning to the starting point. The Jetée Bélisaire pier connects Cap-Ferret to Arcachon and Andernos.
