This hike is located in the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park and begins in the south of the city center. The route goes through the Parc de la Calamine, the Parc de l'Étincelle, and the Bec du Corbeau Viewpoint. The route continues via the Croix de la Cloche, the Château de Longeray and the Chemin des Charmettes, before returning to the starting point.

The start of this cycling route is located on Place Monge near the Carré Curial in Chambéry in the Savoie department. The route leaves the urban area of Chambéry to the south east by taking a route that runs along the course of the Albanne. It then heads towards Chignin and passes through La Boisserette, Boyat, Curienne before descending via Bâtie, Barby and Corniolles, along the Leysse.
