The Groene Wissel van Coevorden first takes you from the train station to the historic city center. You walk to the market, around the church, along the harbor and past Coevorden Castle. Then you walk a bit along the canals, the water tower and through the park around the canals. Along the canal you walk out of the built-up area and into the countryside. The route leads to the village of Dalerpeel. Mainly a country walk, with many rivers, small patches of forest and a few puddles.
