The top provides beautiful views of the Rockies. The climb is of moderate difficulty, with the perimeter trails being an easy walk. This is a great short hike near downtown Colorado Springs, featuring s fair bit of uphill hiking on a quick look up to Pulpit Rock and then back down. Great for families and dog walkers alike, as well as people looking for a quick jog. There are many trails in this area if you wish to extend your hike or would prefer a longer, more challenging workout.

A lovely trail that follows a creek. It is possible to stay along pavement all the way out & back, but there is also a gravel shoulder for a softer surface. Accessibility: There are 4 designated accessible spaces in the paved parking lot off of Montarbor Drive by the east end of the trail. All of them are van-accessible with striped access aisles. The trail surface is paved concrete (with railings at bridges) and smooth. It is typically at least 6 feet wide with some wider passing spaces....
