Sunset Trail loops around Lake Ester east of Columbus Community Hospital and west of Columbus Wellness Center. The trailhead begins in the parking lot of the lake. The trail is one of the Columbus Area Recreational Trails (CART) paths and connects to another CART trail, the Discoverer Trail. The lake has benches for sitting and enjoying the view, a picnic shelter with two tables, a playground, and a concrete fishing area.
