It is a beautiful tour that groups part of the LURABIKE route and part of the route relating to the Abbey of Vertemate and Valle del Seveso. It can be done in both directions but in an anti-clockwise direction the dirt road that goes up the Abbey is very steep, demanding if you are not very fit. However it is beautiful and can always be done.

A not too difficult bike itinerary, but the route is beautiful with some technical parts. To complete the course you need moderate training. Along the way you can admire a beautiful view and on Lake Montorfano there is a beach where it is possible to take a bath and a bicycle storage service is also available.

A pleasant bike ride in the Groane Park, starting from Lentate sul Seveso. The route takes place entirely on the cycle path and reaches the Garbagnate railway station. This excursion can also be done on foot or on horseback and is also perfect for our four-legged friends. For the return it is possible to follow the same route or to return by train.

A pleasant bicycle excursion starting from Meda. The route takes place in a loop and after an initial stretch on asphalt you reach Mariano Comense where you take path 12. From here you proceed counterclockwise passing by Alserio and the homonymous lake and Montorfano and the lake. The itinerary continues up to Fecchio and then returns to the starting point.

This is a beautiful excursion to do on foot or by bicycle with the whole family from Sveso to the center of Milan in Piazza Sant'Eustrogio. Here is the beautiful basilica of the same name which also houses a museum to visit. Throughout the first part up to Cormano, the route follows the Swabian Stream on an asphalted road, which can be accessed by deviating slightly from the road.
