This trail takes you along the heart trail in Byparken, where you will come through a wooded area and past a small stream. The Heart Trail is made in connection with the Heart Association, as they wish to make it more accessible for people to exercise at least 30 minutes a day.

You can see pheasants, squirrels and hares all day in the forest. the open space can be used for recreational activities as well as picnics. The route is suitable for people of all ages, both young and old.

This trail takes you from Ørsted to Korsør, where you will cross Zealand. Here you will come through forested surroundings, where you may be lucky enough to meet some of the forest's animals. You will also come across several lakes, and you are therefore recommended to bring binoculars if you are interested in birds. There are several accommodation options along the way.

Here you may be lucky enough to see ducks and other birds, and you are therefore encouraged to bring binoculars if you are interested in birds. In addition, you will also get through the forested surroundings of Valby Parken.

At Vestamager you can experience large expanses with lots of grazing horses, cows and deer and an exciting bird life. Vestamager is approx. 2000 ha large. Nowhere else in Europe is there a natural area of this size, so close to the big city, with a metro right at the "door". The trail continues through Tårnby and Kastrup and ends at Kastrup station, from where the metro can be taken.
