This walk starts in the center of Cortina d'Ampezzo and therefore the beginning and end of the route are on paved roads. Ideal itinerary if you don't want to take the car or the bus. This is an easy moderate hike but with stunning views. Here is a similar alternative that takes you up to Rifugio Tondi if you want to walk longer: https://www.alltrails.com/it-it/trail/italy/veneto/cortina-monte-faloria-rifugio-tondi
