Established in the hollow of the wide valley of the Vesle and known for its abbey of the first Gothic age, Braine is the starting point of this hike in the heart of Soissonnais, which takes us to the ruined fortress of Folie, then to the village flowery of Limé, through woods, pastures and plowing.

This hiking route allows you to make a loop to discover the countryside surrounding the village of Quincy-sous-le-Mont. The circuit leads through the woods and on small country roads, passing by Mont-Notre-Dame and its Art Deco church, on a hill overlooking the meanders of the Vesle. A walk through agricultural landscapes and architectural remains of the past.

Reserved for experienced mountain bikers, this loop on the undulating plateaus of Valois and Tardenois allows you to discover villages with a strong personality: Mont-Notre-Dame and its Art Deco church, on a hill overlooking the meanders of the Vesle, the old Mont-Saint-Martin castle transformed into a farm, the ruins of the abbeys of the Premonstratensian order, and finally the village of Tannières.
