The starting point is the car park at the Crans Cry d'Er gondola lift in Crans. The path first crosses the Crans-sur-Sierre area and the Forêt des Tsans forest. This outing is located on the Crans-Montana Aminona ski area and is named the 1000+. The course is signposted with the number 4. This beautiful course offers you exactly 1000m of positive elevation. It includes two routes (the 2 and 3) to arrive from Crans at the top to Bellalui which is located at an altitude of 2,543 m.

The path starts in Plans-Mayens and follows the banks of the dizzying Bisse du Ro to Lac de Tseuzier and the Rawyl dam. The Bisse du Ro is an ancient irrigation waterway built in the 15th century to bring water up the mountain to irrigate the land. The traces of the old bites are still visible in the landscape. This is definitely not a trail for visitors who are afraid of heights.

A fantastic ascent hike in Crans-Montana in the Rhone Valley. The trail starts at the Crans valley station and leads past the Lac de Chermignon (1574 m) and up the Chemin de Cry d'Er to the Cry d'Er (2258 m). It offers a fantastic panorama of the Wildhorn, Les Diablerets and all the way to the Matterhorn.
