Gorge Trail provides access to Mary Campbell Cave, an easy half-mile walk from the parking lot. At the start of the trail, a short (half-mile, round trip) section earns accessible status and is good for users with wheelchairs, walkers, canes and strollers. The trail quickly becomes more rugged as it passes through stunning rock-ledge formations. An upper section of the trail is even considered "primitive".

Dirt and gravel path along the Cuyahoga River. There are power lines above head for the majority of the time. Stairs can be found leading down to a lower section. This trail ends at a street, but it's possible to connect to the Chuckery Trail near the turnaround point. The Glens and Cuyahoga River Gorge trailheads are nearby as well.

Like the remainder of the Bike and Hike, the majority of this trail is paved and fairly wide. There are a few shorts sections that are on residential streets though.
